Description:	The purpose of the event is to provide an immersive development experience that, through applied practice, cultivates core dynamic leadership capabilities - forming the foundation for resilient nuclear performance.
Applicants:	This event is targeting early-to-mid career (3-8 years of experience in the nuclear industry) professionals who are incumbent managers or influential individual contributors and who want a deeper management/leadership experience with peers from the broader international field. Member States are welcome to provide more than one nominee in both groups of targeted participants.
