Description:	The Nuclear Law Institute (NLI) provides a two-week's intensive training for up to sixty lawyers and senior regulators from Member States in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America and the Caribbean on nuclear law, with a focus on the drafting of national legislation. This programme serves as a key capacity-building initiative, responding to the demand of Member States for expertise in the legal framework for the safe, secure and peaceful uses of nuclear energy and ionising radiation, as well as support in drafting of national nuclear legislation.
Applicants:	Nominated candidates should be legal experts or regulators employed by governments and/or relevant national agencies involved in the drafting of nuclear-related national legislation
