| Description: | The purpose of the event is to provide personnel working in nuclear facilities and related activities training on methods for assessing their organization’s safety culture as the basis for developing approaches for improvement. |
| Applicants: | The workshop is intended for those working in nuclear installations and/or regulatory bodies who are currently or may be engaged in the assessment of safety culture. Preferably, participants will have knowledge, through experience or studies, in human factors related to safety, safety culture or performance improvement. Familiarity with conducting qualitative analysis and writing qualitative reports is also preferred. |
