| Description: | The purpose of the event is to train the participants on concepts and goals of emergency preparedness and response, with emphasis on the first response in the event of radiological emergency. |
| Applicants: | Nominated candidates should have sufficient practical experience in emergency preparedness and response at an emergency site including first response to a radiological emergency (e.g., emergency services managers, fire brigade, law enforcement, first responder monitor, radiological assessor and emergency medical service). The course is also open for representatives of regulatory authorities having responsibilities in preparedness and response to radiological emergencies. |
