What should you know about the exhibition? The artists themselves answer:

By its title ... so again on Friday! the exhibition of paintings created in one of the courses organized by the atelier praga prima simply refers to the fact that the course takes place on Friday, but it also suggests much more. It is not just any course. It brings together a wonderful group of creative and passionate people who want to do more than just have a good time under the guidance of painter Ondřej Roubík. They want to raise their work, which they often started in adulthood, to the highest level, to learn to capture the beauty and fleeting moments of the world around them, to penetrate the alchemy of colours and the secrets of painting and to understand the ritualistic nature of their creation. And we have the opportunity to see that they are truly succeeding here.

We are very pleased that for this year's exhibition we have been given the opportunity to present ourselves to the visitors of such a respected institution as the State Office for Nuclear Safety. We hope that the exhibited paintings will be a pleasant distraction, perhaps even a brightening of the everyday, and maybe also an inspiration...

Dear friends of nature and art ,

architect Helena Šimůnková invites you to visit the exhibition in the foyer of the State Office for Nuclear Safety. Mrs. Šimůnková, besides her profession also a lifelong draughtswoman and painter, exhibited here ten years ago her Aquarelles focusing on landscape and garden corners. This time she ingeniously combines watercolour technique with other artistic means, as required by the somewhat unconventional theme of GRASS, STEEL, WOOD, or visual "catches" from her walks and trips.

Perhaps the inconspicuous plants of strange shapes, colours and compositions inherent to her uncultivated conditions in the wild have also caught your eye. Helena Šimůnková now offers you her artistic rendition of them in her paintings.
