Popis:	The purpose of the event is to provide the participants with a basic understanding of the international nuclear non-proliferation regime and the practical knowledge and skills required for safeguards implementation by States with comprehensive safeguards agreements.
Účastníci:	The training course is open to 24 participants from IAEA Member States with nuclear facilities and a safeguards agreement in force. Preference will be given to candidates from developing countries but candidates may also be accepted from developed countries, provided that the cost of their participation is borne by the nominating Government.
