Popis:	The purpose of the event is to assist Member States, especially those in South America, with developing national operational arrangements that are consistent with the Operations Manual for Incident and Emergency Communication (Emergency Preparedness and Response Series, EPR-IEComm 2019), and to improve the participants' awareness and understanding of the International Radiation Monitoring Information System (IRMIS).
Účastníci:	The event is open to participants from the invited Member States and is intended for the established Contact Points under the Early Notification Convention or the Assistance Convention. Other official points of contact for liaison with the IAEA on related matters from Member States that are not yet party to these conventions can also participate in the event. The participants must demonstrate responsibilities and/or operational experience in emergency communications related to the above-mentioned conventions or be representatives from points of contact for IRMIS. Priority will be given to applicants from the Americas (South, Central, and North) to facilitate regional collaboration and proximity to the workshop host country, Brazil.
