Popis:	The purpose of the event is to equip participants with the knowledge and capacity to implement preventive and protective measures, including trustworthiness measures, to counter insider threats and enhance nuclear security.
Účastníci:	Generally, the event is designed for participants having responsibilities that contribute to the security of nuclear and radioactive materials. While the event is intended mainly for persons in security roles, nuclear security is the responsibility of everyone. This includes roles and responsibilities for designing, managing, operating and/or assessing nuclear security systems. This also includes positions that are well placed to identify insider risk such as line management, human resources, occupational health, safety, procurement, contractor management and having oversight including competent authorities and related law enforcement agencies. As this particular event is a pilot course, participants should be familiar with preventive and protective measures against insider threat, particularly in the area of trustowrthiness and human factor elements. Participants will be expected to provide extensive evaluations that will be used to finalize the training course materials.
