Popis:	The purpose of the event is to provide participants with an understanding of how nitrate isotopes are used in hydrological studies. Participants will learn how to collect and preserve samples for nitrate isotopic analysis, and how to measure the concentration of nitrate and other dissolved nitrogen-bearing species found in water. They will learn about the various methods available to prepare nitrate and analyse it isotopically. Note: completion of Part 1 is a prerequisite for taking the in-person training offered in Part 2.
Účastníci:	Selection priority is given to technical staff of Member States who are currently conducting nitrate isotope analyses and those interested in developing this application. The course is open to counterparts of IAEA Technical Cooperation projects and Coordinated Research Projects. External participants are accepted based on space availability and at their own cost.
