Popis:	The purpose of the event is to progress learning and develop guidance on ensuring safety and enabling sustainability in the context of waste, decommissioning and environmental safety in accordance with findings of the IAEA conference on the Safety of Radioactive Waste Management, Decommissioning, Environmental Protection and remediation-Ensuring Safety and Enabling Sustainability, which was held in November 2023.
Účastníci:	The target audience for the meeting comprises policymakers, regulators, technical support organizations and operators in the areas of decommissioning, remediation, radioactive waste management and radiation protection of people and the environment, including non-governmental organisations and academic institutions. Since the outreach to the sustainable development community is essential, Member States are encouraged to extend the designation for this meeting to other bodies with specialized expertise in sustainability and sustainable development.
